APARTMANTS: 3 apartments, category 3 stars (3*)
- Apartment for 3 persons with one sleeping room
Room with a double and single bed / Sleeps 3 / first floor
- Apartment for 4 persons with one sleeping room
Room with a double and single bed + sofa in the living room / Sleeps 4 / ground floor
- Smaller house apartment for four persons, with two bedrooms
One Double bed and One Twin Beds room / Sleeps 4 / ground floor
- The apartment means at least two rooms and a bathroom; one room is a bedroom, the other is a kitchen, living room or a dinning room.
The kitchen is supplied with all necessarily utensils for food preparation, depending of the number of persons.
All rooms and apartments have a balcony or terrace or use a shared large terrace and are equiped with:
- TV, hairdryer-mini bar, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, ironing board, apartment with kitchenetts with dishes.
Private parking for 4 cars, which must be booked and will be changed.
A common large terrace covered with kiwi trees and equipped with tables and chairs.
The price includes:
- overnight in a room or apartment is for the indicated number of persons,
- daily cleaning of common areas,
- change of sheets every 3 days,
- 2 towels per person and change of them every 2 days,
- the use of all tools and equipment in the room or apartment,
- spent water and electricity,
- sharing terrace for all guests
The price do not include:
- Local taxes: EUR 1.00 per person per day, children up to 12 years do not pay tax
- Insurance: 0.50 euro per person per day
- Parking: / possibility of parking up to 4 cars / parking needs to be booked or issued on the spot,

- If you had any other wishes during your stay, we sould be glad to be at your service.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in total costs.
For your additional needs such as: children's accommodation, ... extra bed ....breakfast, ..., it is necessary to send a request to the owner of the accommodation, when sending your request for accommodation .
These services will pay you upon arrival at the accommodation
Residential tax and insurance are NOT included in the price and are being paid at check-in.
